served in a Kirsch Liqueur.

Butterflied breaded tail on king prawn
Served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.


Broccoli & Pine Nut Tartlet
An individual pastry case filled with
fresh broccoli & pine nuts
coated with a cream & egg yolk mixture
baked until golden, drizzled with a
fig & balsamic reduction.
